Do you deliver to my home?
Savermine offers collection at selected pickup points. Choose an available point when shopping. See our service areas.
How does a buying round work?
A round has an ordering window and a scheduled pickup date. Order before the cutoff so your purchase can be combined with other household orders. Read how it works.
What does a quantity of 2 mean?
Two of the selected purchasable packages. A package may contain several inner items; check its contents before adding it.
What is included in the price?
The selected package, transport to your chosen pickup point and handling. Paystack adds its payment fee separately. Read pricing and fees.
When will I see the Paystack fee?
Paystack shows the payment fee at its hosted checkout. Review the amount there before completing payment.
Is there a minimum order?
The current buying round’s minimum is shown while shopping and checking out. It applies to your pickup-inclusive basket subtotal.
What if my area is not listed?
We only advertise reviewed service areas. Check where we operate or contact us about pickup.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and what happened so we can review it. Do not share your private order link publicly.
