Savermine policies
Privacy notice
How Savermine uses information when you browse, order, collect purchases or contact us.
Effective 16 October 2026
Who handles your information
Savermine is operated by Collective Household Commerce Limited. Use our WhatsApp contact for privacy questions or requests. Our public contact address is listed below. Keep your private order link out of public messages.
Information we use
For guest checkout, we collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, selected pickup point, products and quantities, and any optional order note you provide. We retain order, payment-reference, payment-status, refund and collection records so we can process and support purchases. Guest checkout does not require a customer account.
Paystack handles payment entry on its checkout. Savermine receives payment references, statuses and verification details such as amounts, currency and payment channel. Do not send us full card details, a PIN or one-time payment codes. Where a refund requires bank information, the application uses it for that refund request and does not store the account number in order records or application logs.
Our hosting and security systems process technical request information to operate and protect the service. Administrator sign-in is handled through Clerk. Access to administrator tools is restricted.
Why we use information
We use checkout and payment information to arrange purchases and collection, verify payments, send transactional receipts, resolve support enquiries and process refunds. We also use operational records to protect the service and investigate errors or misuse. We do not turn an order into a newsletter subscription.
Service providers and processing locations
The application uses Fly.io for hosting, Neon/PostgreSQL for stored application records, Redis for operational coordination and rate limiting, Paystack for payments and refunds, Resend for transactional email, Cloudinary for images, and Clerk for administrator authentication. Providers process information relevant to their roles. Images loaded from Cloudinary and other validated image URLs can send technical request information to the image host.
Service providers may process information outside Nigeria, including in the United States. Contact us with questions about the processing relevant to your information.
WhatsApp is a separate service. Following our WhatsApp link opens that service, and information you send there is also handled under its own terms and privacy practices. The public enquiry link does not automatically include your order link or contact details.
Browser storage
Your basket’s product identifiers, quantities and buying-round identifier are saved in local browser storage. A session-storage key helps prevent duplicate checkout creation. A pickup-preference cookie remembers the selected pickup point for up to one year. These shopping records do not store your checkout contact details in the basket. Clearing browser storage can remove your basket or pickup preference. Administrator authentication uses Clerk’s session mechanisms.
The current public storefront does not add an advertising pixel, visitor analytics SDK or marketing subscription form. We will review this notice before introducing such a feature.
Records and privacy requests
Order records preserve the information needed to understand the original purchase, payment and pickup arrangement. Records are kept for fulfilment, support, payment verification, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule for order records.
Contact Collective Household Commerce Limited through our WhatsApp channel about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or other privacy requests. Our team reviews requests manually. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained where applicable obligations require it. A request does not automatically alter the financial history of an order or erase records and backups.
You can also raise privacy concerns with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. The availability and handling of a particular request depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
